OmniFocus, OmniGraffle, and Snow Leopard updates—oh my

Lots of news today, people, so I’m going to try and keep this short so you can skip straight ahead to the part where you sit back and bask in that new-software smell.
Updated: OmniFocus! OmniFocus 1.7 is now available for your downloading pleasure, and includes a bevy of interface improvements designed to make everything just a little more smooth and simple. We also re-worked Perspectives, hopefully making the process of working with them much easier. Overall sync performance has been improved (yay!), and you can now view a list of the attachments in your OmniFocus document, and delete them as necessary to speed up document syncing even more.
Also updated: OmniGraffle! OmniGraffle 5.2 includes support for support for portables with Multi-Touch trackpads, so you can now pinch to zoom in or out, resize a selection, or rotate a selection. We also added fixes to tables, shared layers, and dealt with some stability issues.
Also also updated: EVERYTHING ELSE. OmniFocus, OmniGraffle, OmniOutliner, OmniWeb, OmniPlan—hold on, typing cramp . . . okay—OmniGraphSketcher, OmniDiskSweeper and OmniDazzle have all been updated with support for Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.
You do not EVEN want to know what time the engineers went to bed last night, is what I’m saying.
Everything can be downloaded from our handy-dandy Snow Leopard status page. Enjoy!
Thanks God the Mail-Clip-O-Tron 3000 is back! Then again, it was never gone for the non-beta-testing Snow Leopard people.
So, far awesome work Omni Group!

Hi there guys!
Great to have these updates before! snow leopard. I will be sitting next to the postbox today; it should arrive. My beloved OmniFocus and OmniGRaffle are ready any way.
Thanks.

Updating everything, including the free apps, I believe you folks have set a new standard for customer support. I’m a customer, and I really appreciate it.

Sync With snow leopard Ical still not working?
By John Grange on 08.28.09 8:03 am
I just finished installing SL. After upgrading Mail.app, I got the following error:
Incompatible Plug-ins Disabled
Mail has disabled the following plug-ins:
OmniMailMessageServiceEnabler
Contact the makers of these plug-ins for versions that are compatible with Mail 4.0 and Message 4.0.
I’ll send it in to the support ninjas too (after checking the forum), but I thought I’d post it here for others.

Keith,
See the last line of the release notes. The plugin should work just fine but needs to be re-installed.

great job on the SL updates…
anyone having omnifocus issues w/ ical sync…?
By Keith on 08.30.09 6:48 am
are you going to put out an update for omnigraffle pro 4.2.2 to get it working perfectly in snow leopard? or are we forced to pay for an upgrade for an app we already own? any insights appreciated…

Omnifocus 1.7 does not sync with iCal tasks… Circus Ponies Notebook software has the same issue after Snow Leopard update.

We’ve put OmniGraffle 4.2.3 through its paces on Snow Leopard, and it seems to be running just fine. There’s a small bug with the sheet that comes down when saving or exporting, but it’s an annoyance more than anything.

yup! it is indeed working quite well – sorry for the earlier remark if it seemed snippy or whatever – i hadn’t seen the 4.2.3 announcement a while back, ran it yesterday and all is good…i’ll ping you if i uncover any unusual glitches or reactions

I have reinstalled the Clip-o-tron plug in as suggested and it’s still not working.

I installed SL. Now, I’m trying to download the new 1.7.3 version but some network’s error is popping up on your side. Sent the automatic email to tour support.

Tom, you said…
“Keith,

What release notes? Which product? Where do I find them?

Mail Clip-O-Tron does not work for me since my upgrade to SL. I have tried reinstalling. Did not help.

I’ve tried reinstalling the mail plugin as well after a Snow Leopard upgrade — no luck. Has anyone gotten this to work?
By Eric on 09.26.09 11:23 am
Same issue here with mail plugin and Snow Leopard… no longer working. I’ve tried reinstalling, etc, but still telling me Incompatible Plug-ins Disabled when opening Mail

I have reinstalled the Clip-o-tron plug in as suggested and it’s still not working.

I’ve heard there are some wildlife groups trying to get Apple to do more stuff with the actual S.L.’s lol. I don’t know- people are saying it’s good PR for Apple- they should jump on that.

Is there an update for Mail 4.2? I’ve already installed 1.7.5, and the clip-o-tron stopped working again after the latest Mail update.
