I must admit I was getting angry at you for not releasing a new version sooner, for not fixing the bugs and crashes I had and for not implementing my feature requests.
But today, I downloaded the update and tried it. I right clicked on an image, open image in new window, and there it is, the window title shows the image dimensions :) Globally, Omniweb seems to perform better.
Well, thank you for 1. fixing all those bugs, 2. implementing SOME of my feature requests (Command+Shift+Left arrow in textarea still should not direct me to homepage but select to beginning of line instead...).

To Matt and Warren: Please contact us at our support address at omniweb5@omnigroup.com and we'll try to work through your problems as quickly as possible.

Warren, try holding shift at launch to open a new blank workspace that doesn't include your tabs and see if that works.

I'm getting instant crash of OmniWeb on Leopard. It loads the previously open tabs, and then beachballs.

I have used and loved the previous omniweb for 6 months or so. Smokin' fast, easy to navigate, only time I've ever paid for a browser, but worth it.
I downloaded the new version 2 days ago.
I don't know what happened, but it really is disappointing. My browsing is much, much slower. I do a lot of mail/USPS online and the new Omni won't download the post office PDF's at all(???), my yahoo email takes FOREVER to navigate.
I want my old Omniweb back! If it matters I have a G5 Imac on OS 10.4.10.
Please know that I'm not a person always looking for what's wrong, and I really expected this version to be even better than the one I already liked.
really bummed.
IS THERE ANY WAY FOR ME TO ACCESS THE PREVIOUS VERSION?
Just until the kinks are worked out?
This version overwrote my old one, but I did buy a code, so I'm hoping to re-download that version.

Please help.

We'll be looking at further integration with spaces in 6.0. I don't know exactly what options will be there though.

Are the OmniGroupers working on full support for Spaces (virtual desktops)? Currently, all OmniWeb windows have to be on one space.

Thx, Troy.

You folks rock. Viva Omni.

And I'll note that I'm experiencing significantly lower RAM and CPU usage with many open tabs in 5.6 than in 5.5.2.

Ugh. I don't want to view PDF's inline.

Is there any esoteric preference to turn off inline PDF viewing?

Otherwise, 5.6 is nice.
