if you see the link below, you will see that the engineering department is working at 400% wooowww! the allocation for a team is a weighted average of the allocation from its members....

		<description>I can't believe it..... I finished localizing the HTML Help files *today* after an endless agony, and that's the day you decide to release a new version??? If I find out tomorrow that that the OmniFolks in charge of the documentation changed all the Help files, you'll probaly hear me cry all the way to Seattle ;-)

(Oh well, I guess: congrats on the new version ;-)) ).</description>
